To customize the appearance of the widget, navigate to the Chat Icon section under the Appearance tab.

Widget Size: Adjust the size using the Size (px) option. The default size is set to 56px.
Icon and Background:
You can retain the default icon (?) and modify the background using Base Color or Button Gradient.
Alternatively, upload a custom icon (in SVG or PNG format) by selecting the Use a custom icon option.
If your uploaded icon has a plain background, the Base Color and Button Gradient settings will be ignored.

You can make the widget more attractive to user with the pre-chat notification that will appear before the user even click on the chat icon. Enable it with the pre-chat sections on the general tab.


All buttons can be personalized. To do so, visit the Colors and Secondary Action Buttons sections under the appearance tab.
Secondary action button are used to reset a chat when the mail is sent or to send the email with no attachments.
All messages sent from the bot are 100& customizable.
Edit the pre-chat notification text in the Pre-chat Message section.

A Stop List is a collection of common words that the search engine will ignore when processing queries. These words (e.g., he, she, it, the, a, an, and) are often too generic to improve search accuracy.
By excluding them, the search focuses only on the meaningful terms entered by the user.
This helps deliver more relevant results and avoids clutter from unhelpful matches.

After applying the Stop List, the search query becomes: “best guide”
Emails sent through the chat widget can be secured with Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and automated abuse.
reCAPTCHA v3 runs in the background without interrupting the user.
Each request gets a score (0.0 = likely bot, 1.0 = likely human).
The widget checks this score before allowing an email to be sent.
Suspicious requests are blocked to protect your inbox.
To enable reCAPTCHA v3, you need to set up your credentials in Google’s reCAPTCHA Admin Console:

The chat widget allows users to send attachments when submitting an email.
You can configure which file types are allowed.
By default, only safe formats such as .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif,. webp are enabled.
Executable or potentially harmful formats (e.g., .exe, .bat, .js) should be avoided for security reasons.
You can also set a maximum file size per attachment.
